Complete cleaning, flushing, and passivation for facility-wide data center cooling systems
Chiller Systems
Complete commissioning of centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers from 100 to 2,000+ tons. Evaporator and condenser tube bundle cleaning, refrigerant circuit verification, and chilled water loop flushing.
Cooling Towers
Basin cleaning, fill media inspection, distribution deck service, and condenser water loop commissioning. Scale and biofilm removal for optimal heat rejection performance.
Distribution Piping
High-velocity flushing of chilled and condenser water mains from 6" to 24"+ diameter. Construction debris removal, passivation, and flow verification for new construction and renovation projects.
CRAH/CRAC Units
Coil cleaning and commissioning for Computer Room Air Handlers and Air Conditioners. Chilled water coil flushing, drain pan service, and airflow verification.
Heat Exchangers
Plate-and-frame and shell-and-tube heat exchanger cleaning, descaling, and passivation. Isolation loop flushing for economizer and free-cooling systems.
Pump Loops & Headers
Primary, secondary, and tertiary pump loop commissioning. Header cleaning, strainer service, and system fill/charge for variable and constant volume systems.
Construction Debris Destroys Cooling Systems
New data center construction leaves behind weld slag, pipe scale, metal shavings, flux residue, and fabrication oils throughout cooling piping. Without proper commissioning, this debris circulates through your entire cooling infrastructure.
A single piece of weld slag can destroy a $50,000 pump impeller. Contaminated glycol fouls heat exchanger surfaces, reduces thermal transfer efficiency, and accelerates corrosion throughout the system.

System isolation, connection point mapping, and mobile CIP skid setup
HV Flush
High-velocity flushing at 5-8 ft/sec with staged filtration down to 5μm
Clean
Alkaline degreasing to remove oils, cutting fluids, and organic contamination
Passivate
Citric acid passivation per ASTM A967/A380 for corrosion protection
Turnover
System charge, leak test, documentation, and client handoff

What About Smaller Cooling Components?
Our primary focus is large-scale facility infrastructure—chillers, cooling towers, distribution piping, and mechanical room equipment. However, we can accommodate smaller cooling components when they're part of a larger system we're commissioning.
In-field: If smaller components like CDU internal loops or rear-door heat exchangers are connected to the facility piping we're flushing, we can clean them as part of the integrated system.
Shop service: Our new shop (opening January 2025) will offer passivation and cleaning for parts, fittings, and smaller components that can be shipped to us.
