Why I Started CXP Solutions

My name is David, and I've spent the last decade working in the passivation industry. I've been fortunate to work at over 200 facilities nationwide — from rocket launch sites to Boeing, from Amgen to Toyota Batteries, and nearly every pharmaceutical company on the Eastern Seaboard.

I've seen firsthand how other companies operate. In this industry, I’ve seen companies hand out titles like “specialist” to people who haven’t been fully trained for the role. I’ve also seen work done outside of specifications and safety protocols pushed aside just to save a bit of time or money — shortcuts I refuse to take.
